Nomex is used in aviation markets such as cabinets, lockers and bulkheads, helicopter blades, interior panels, floors, flaps, etc.

 

 

Nomex is particularly stable due to it is an aramid polymer with molecular structure. The nomex paper is made from different forms of aramid polymer. Nomex Aviation Grade Honeycomb core is manufactured from high-temperature-resistant aramid paper, and formed into a honeycomb structure coated with phenolic resins.
